    you need to step up your exercises bit by bit each week it will be very hard to drop down 100 pounds to 170 as this may not be your natural weight you need to keep the cardio going but back it up with some weights and stretching exercises too to help your body be in the right condition to burn fat….(oh and also you need to be eating healthy too or else there is no point)

    If you’re doing cardio workout, then you’ll probably gain some muscle weight until your muscles stabilize to a size where they can function properly without needing growth.

    Usually cardio workouts are designed to create lean muscles so don’t worry about ending up with some gained weight. It’s lean muscle forming. After that, you’ll be burning it off like crazy.

    Weight heavy doesn’t mean that you are fat.
    Some people have heavy bones.
    You should measure your fat percentage for accurate results.

    You’ll lose fats and gain muscle at the same time.
    Gain muscle = gain weight.

    It depends on your body, like how and what you eat, your metabolism etc to judge on when you’ll see your results.

    If you don’t have a coach or trainer to help you talk to your GP about what a sensible speed to loose weight is. The heavier you are the faster you can safely loose weight.

    You’ll def lose weight before you gain any. How fast you’ll see results depends on your intake of food. Yeah you have to def watch the calories, but also keep an eye on other stuff like carbohydrates and fats. If you also keep your carb intake to ~50 per day, that would really help. But yeah when i do cardio workouts i see results in a few days.
