also look at higher reps lower weight. you may enjoy kettlebell workouts, as well as crossfit. but, essentially, you’ll want to do like anybody else trying to lose weight: exercise to create / keep your tone, and reduce caloric intake so you’re burning off what you don’t want to keep. References :
