    i’m not really sure, but if that what you’re trying to do, i’d recommend interval training; google it. also google the exercise regimes from a book called "the truth about 6pack abs" -very good book, very true, explains a lot.

    well really this is my secret,i got 6 pack abs…..
    and how i got them is i use a couch.
    wierd but worth it

    1st you lay down front of your couch.
    2nd put your hands under your couch.
    3rd lift up your legs up and down,keep doing it for 10 mins each day.
    for more results 30 mins

    keep doing it everyday you ll get hard abs.no joke

    Yes, they build muscle, and burn fat! But to burn even more fat, you could add cardio and eat healthy. Then the weight will fall off!
