Good diet plan to lose weight? Extra tips on losing weight fast? Im 15 years old.
I weigh 220 Pounds.
I go to the gym 6 to 5 days a week.
-45 minutes of eliptical cardio. And 20 minutes of weight lifting.
Im really trying to commit to this weight losing thing, and i know my eating diet plan is important.
But i would like suggestions on Meals/Snacks that i should consume, and help me eating healthy.
I dont usually eat snacks throughout the day.
Should i eat only a certain amount of callories a day? Will drinking alot more water help me lose weight as
well as going to the gym? Should i eat more fruits/veggies?
What can be a good diet plan for Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner
This is what i would usually consume for a Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner menu.
Breakfast: Multi grain bread, 3 eggwhites, onions, peppers, and half a cheese.
Drink: A cup of healthy choice grape juice.
Lunch: A sandwhich with salami, cheese, lettuce, mayo, viniger, and white bread.
Drink: A cup of cranberry juice or iced tea.
Dinner: A chicken ceaser salad, with croutons.
Drink: Anything really but soda and juices with high callories.
After A Nights Workout: Il eat a banana with a cup of milk. Or i will just have a fruit cup.
Keep calories high, drink plenty of water, egg yolks are the most nutritious part. You will lose more body fat eating protein and fat (don’t eat protein alone) than not eating AT ALL. To lose weight fast eat all you want but nothing but meat, eggs, healthy oils, mayo, butter and half an avocado a day (you’ll need added potassium). Keep the calories high and the fat percentage high, at least 65% of calories. Adding in green vegetables & some cheese will continue weight loss but at a slower pace.
If you starve yourself by lowering calories lower than are needed for the body to function, your body will freak out and will want to store every ounce in case it doesn’t get nourished again. You need to give it adequate nourishment so it doesn’t slow your metabolism down to adjust for lower calories.
Simple carbohydrates (sugar, flour, bread, cereal, pasta, potatoes, rice) triggers insulin which can store the calories you eat into fat. The more protein you eat the more the fat burning hormone glucagon is released. The more carbohydrate you eat the more the fat storage hormone insulin is released.
Carbs are addictive and can be disastrous to our health. The best way to break the addiction is NO carbs for 3 days. Make a huge batch of deviled eggs and eat one every time you want "something" have huge omelets for breakfast, with bacon, a lil onion, peppers, mushrooms & cheese. Pork chops for lunch. Get pork rinds and eat them with tuna salad. Steak for dinner. Make a huge sugar free cheese cake for dessert. Eat so much you won’t feel deprived of anything. By the fourth day, your addiction will be gone and you can start making healthy choices.
High insulin levels unbalance other hormones. Controlling your insulin level will balance out other hormones & allow human growth hormone (HGH) to be produced naturally so you will gain lean muscle even without exercise. Any exercise will greatly increase your muscle mass with high HGH levels.
Dr.Atkins was a cardiologist, low carb was a health plan easier sold as a "diet" Read any of his books for easily understandable science. Lutz "Life without Bread" & Taubes "Good calorie, bad calorie" are excellent books that dispel all the nutrition myths.

One pound for weight loss = 3500 calories. Scientifically speaking, the only way to lose weight is to consume less calories and exercise more. However, if you are looking to NOT feel hungry, this is a bit tricky. If you are use to eating 3000 calories a day and switch to 2000 calories a day, you will feel hungry until your appetite changes.
A few tips…
1.) Keep a diet journal. Studies show that those who write down a diet log actually lose weight faster than those who do not.
2.) Make small goals. In other words, make a goal of losing 5 lbs in 30 days. This is a realistic goal that can be reached easily. Once you have reached this goal, make another small goal. These small goals will add up to your ultimate weight goal. References : I am a health professional.
It sounds like your doing what you’re supposed to. you’re off to a good start. if I would change anything, I’d say switch the salami to a lean protein like chicken or turkey and make sure your using lite cesar dressing and one serving of it. Don’t go overboard. People don’t realize how many calories dressing has. If you must use mayo make sure it’s lite, also. References :
