    Trust me, so many of those calibration machines are wrong it makes me want to spit.

    When I was in high school they grabbed my entire calf and counted it as fat. PLEASE, I was lifting weights since I was 8 years old!

    30 minutes cardio, one day legs the next arms, core work outs can be down every day, take at least one day off a week.
    Honestly, though, I went to curves and when I started I was at 37% body fat, within 3 months I was down to 16% body fat, def recommend Curves

    That sounds very unlikely at that weight unless you have severe muscle wasting and extremely low bone density. What sort of method was used to calculate your body fat percentage?

    With those measurements, your body mass index (a quick way to see how heavy you are compared to the rest of the world) is 20.2, which is just under perfect weight (21 bmi).

    If you really are 44% body fat, you seriously need to build up your muscle levels. So:

    Nutrition:
    Cut out ALL sugary foods and drinks (including fruit juice). Eat proper meals (you know, meat, vegies, brown rice, multigrain bread). And drink at least half a gallon of water per day.

    Workout:
    If you can get to a gym, ask someone who looks the way you want to look for some pointers. If you can’t get to a gym, try to do squats, pushups and crunches every day. Just do as many as you can.

    That’s the first step to your muscles going and your body fat falling.
