What’s a good supplement for building lean muscle? I’m 6’3, 210 lbs. I work out 4-5 times a week and have been getting some results, but I’d like something to really boost my workouts. I don’t want to get too big or anything, and I don’t want anything that will mess with my heart. So basically something healthy, maybe all natural, that will get me toned and help me build muscle. Thanks.
Obviously the first thing you need is a good diet, 5,6 meals a day high in protein, carbs and low fat. For supplements I would suggest you: Whey protein, some Amino Acids ( BCAA) Multi-vitamins, Glutamine (another amino acids), Creatine.
