		<description>Obviously the first thing you need is a good diet, 5,6 meals a day high in protein, carbs and low fat.  For supplements I would suggest you: Whey protein, some Amino Acids ( BCAA) Multi-vitamins, Glutamine (another amino acids), Creatine.
