    protein is your best bet, you’ll get what you lost back in no time. your muscle has muscle memory so when you get back in the gym after a year, you’ll get right back into the shape you were, and then some. so get your whey protein and drink it IMMEDIATELY after your workouts. that will help you build muscle and help your diet out. diet pills and supplements dont really work, and if they do…its only temporary.
