i would go running at a park and maybe even bring some small(not huge but a little smaller) weights. then go to a gym and work out. but for something that you would want to do, it depends on what you were doing when you were ‘normally weight training’

ok ill gives u the best answer here if u r fat do 60 min of good cardio and some weight lifting
if u r not so fat den concertrate more on weights and less cardio VICE VERSA
now you just got to think of wut cardio and weight exercise you need to do
