I have an alright diet but I want to start drinking protein shakes that burn fat and build muscle. Which protein shakes should I look into? What type of shakes should I get?<br />
<br />Protein shakes don&#8217;t burn fat.. neither do they build muscle.. what protein does is repair the muscle after you have worked out.. I would say perhaps you&#8217;re working out too much. Your muscles to rip when you work out and they require 24 hours to repair yourself. Over working them can actually cause them to shrink. </p>
<p>Eat lots of tuna.. and eggs (massively full of protein)</p>
<p>Maximuscle is a brilliant shake. But you get about the same amount of protein out of a can of tuna.</p>
<p>Just my personal experience</p>
