We’re frequently getting questions from readers inquiring how they can build muscle rapidly. Obviously people are eager to see themselves in shape as rapidly as possible, so we thought we should have a look at this topic.

It’s nice to know there are particular strides you can take to speed up your exercise program and begin packing on lean muscle rapidly. If you are serious about getting ripped and looking magnificent, you will notice some spectacular results if you take the proper techniques.

Going to the gym at least five times each week is critical to building muscle fast. Your exercise sessions shouldn’t take more than one hour – if they’re longer you are body will not be utilizing the extra time in a useful manner.

While you are at the gym, make sure to think about two words – “good form”! Don’t try to lift more weight if it means that your form sacrifices. By using the proper form you will develop muscle much faster. You might need to drop the weight a bit, but the gains you will see will be way better.

Another recommendation to gain the most from your weight lifting is to use a three day rotation for your workout routine. Organize your routine so that you work every muscle throughout the three days. By just taking 3 workout sessions to work on each of your muscles you will gain results much faster.

You need to make a strong effort to eat healthy and eat often. Try to eat at least six meals every day. Out of the six meals, three of them will be your major ones and the other three should be smaller ones that provide roughly 250 calories.

Using a protein powder is a good idea – it’s important to take in plenty of protein to help your muscles grow and repair themselves. Using a protein powder is a terrific way to take in plenty of protein and they are unbelievably affordable nowadays.

Getting the physique you want isn’t tough when you dedicate yourselve to it. With some hard work and by using the above tips, it’s possible to gain muscle and strength quickly.

I workout everyday for hours, I work my arms, abbs, chest, and I do 2 hours of cardio, 10 miles on a bike or I go on the elliptical or treadmill and then I do swimming exercises and drills for another hour. I have an alright diet but I want to start drinking protein shakes that burn fat and build muscle. Which protein shakes should I look into? What type of shakes should I get?

Protein shakes don’t burn fat.. neither do they build muscle.. what protein does is repair the muscle after you have worked out.. I would say perhaps you’re working out too much. Your muscles to rip when you work out and they require 24 hours to repair yourself. Over working them can actually cause them to shrink.

Eat lots of tuna.. and eggs (massively full of protein)

Maximuscle is a brilliant shake. But you get about the same amount of protein out of a can of tuna.
