			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Im not fat but I do have fat that is stopping my packs from showing and other areas like chest or arms. I read alot and starving myself apparently doesnt burn fat,only muscle! I have a great diet,drink plenty of water and go gym for an hour or two 5 days straight. Anyone suggest anything?<br />
<br />I&#8217;d say eat a lot of protein&#8230; a good intake allows for fatburn and muscle increase! (Just make sure you&#8217;re working out)<br />
I think you&#8217;re doing great, but also give yourself a break, you need time to heal too!<br />
Also try to stay away from packaged and processed foods as much as you can. The shorter the ingredient list, the better.</p>
