i’ve heard the only way to gain muscle is to eat more calories than you burn and work out, and the only way to lose fat is to burn more calories than you eat. so is this true and can i get stronger and skinnier at the same time?
Eat lots of Protein (meats). Stay away from carbs (bread). And work out a lot…with free weights mostly! Good Luck!
