Dairy has fat and fruits have sugar, so should I restrict them, how so? How frequently should i eat them? Thanks btw, im trying to lose about 5 -10 lbs of fat and gain the same in muscle.
dairy actually has a lot of protein in it which is ESSENTIAL for gaining muscle.. and you need some fat in your diet, I’m not talking about fat from doughnuts or burgers..
Healthy fats like nuts, avocados, egg yolks, and yes DAIRY FAT.
although, too much dairy fat is no good for you. but they do have low-fat options such as 0%-1% cottage cheese, NONFAT plain yogurt/Greek, and skim milk..
So you can enjoy dairy as long as your getting the low-fat options
And fruits contain a good amount of vitamins and minerals you can’t get in other foods! they provide GOOD carbs that keeps your body energized. Your diet needs fruits!
you should be eating this stuff everyday! mix some berries in your yogurt or cottage cheese, make a smoothie with skim milk and yogurt, have part-skim cheese on your whole grain crackers!
