Basically, I’m tired of being a fat f*ck. I’m 260 and 6 feet tall and my goal by the end of summer is to be about 200.
I am gonna workout redneck style, meaning that I only have cinder blocks and heavy wooden blocks to lift. How many reps should I do?
Also, what are some good eating habits to lose fat and build muscle?
Just eat healthy, fruit veggies and stuff….all you need is a balanced diet. As for muscle…your not gonna see alot until you lose fat..the best is to do intense work out sesions.

I am wanting/planning on going into the Navy in two years, but I am grossly out of shape. I want to change my life and serve my country at the same time. What are some workouts that I can do to build muscle, increase stamina, and lose 60 pounds? Please I need help I know its a major dream I am going for but I want to try my hardest and give it my best! Please help me!

60 pounds in two years? Thats possible. Ive seen worse.
To go into detail would take too long.
But try looking up different work outs. if you have self discipline to diet right and work out at LEAST every other day then it shouldn’t be too hard. But its up to you.
try switching it up. Going to the gym, running a few miles, even swimming laps in a pool and then getting out and doing some exercises every other lap can help you out.
It all comes down to your determination and self discipline to not stop. If you are simply tryin to lose weight and not focused on specific groups.
I have a marine that lost 30 lbs in 3 months just because he didn’t give up. And yes he was still healthy.
