30 Nutrition Tips in 1 Minutes
1. Always eat a green vegetable with every meal
2. Eat over 100 grams of protein per day
3. Post-Work Out you should have protein and carbs like two scoops of whey and a high fructose fruit like a banana
4. Don’t use artificial sweeteners (or use the minimum amount)
5. No trans fats
6. For fat loss eat less than 100 grams of carbs per day
7. If you have MORE than 50 pounds of fat to lose, eliminate your carbs
8. Women never eat less than 1200 calories per day.
9. Guys never less than 1600 calories
10. Don’t use diet pills, thermogenics or any product someone endorses

I am currently doing P90X and am on the 2nd week, and I was wondering if I could also lose weight and gain muscle at the same time? P90X is my only workout of the day, so if I run on an elliptical machine for about maybe 45 min. to an hour, will I be able to lose weight and gain muscle at the same time? Thanks!
P.S- Any diet suggestions for P90X? I am a vegetarian, but I still eat fish and eggs/dairy.

I want to lose weight and decrease my body fat percentage. I’ve lost weight this week but I’ve also lost muscle so my body fat percentage has actually increased.
I’m eating about 1500calories a day so i’m not depriving my body of energy.
What can I do to continue to lose weight but not muscle?
I’m a 19 year old female 132lbs and 5’5
ive been upto this weight loss stuff but believe me the best way to gain muscle is simply excercise!
i do 56 seconds of sit ups and 20 seconds of push ups Everyday. how long do you think it will take to lose weight and gain muscle ?
Well, over all, the sit ups are just toning. They make your stomach/abs more flat because when you do many sit ups and they hurt, that means the muscles are ripping and causing blood to fill them in, so they are more tight. A suggestion: If your stomach/ab muscles hurt the next day, skip doing them that day because it would cause more harm than good. Push ups, however, only give you muscles within your arms. If you want to lose more weight, I also suggest you go on weight watchers or start running on the treadmill or outside everyday. But to answer your question, it matters how much weight you want to lose; if it’s about ten pounds, then it will probably take1 1/2 months to three months. (If you keep up with your exercise/eating habits)
