its all confusing i hear i need to lose weight to get abs but then i need to gain weight to gain muscle but then if i eat more i will just get fat what the &uck?? how am i supposed to get muscle and abs if i have to lose weight to see get abs but gain weight to get muscles?

You can do all the ab workouts you want! if you do not loose the fat on top of them you will never see them! Do alot of cardo and loose the fat!
I mean, isn’t it possible that the muscle mass you gain also could use the fat in the body as fuel (which makes it gaining muscle, losing fat) and how do I do that? Exercises, diet and so on. I’m a female, I weight 57 kg, I am 1,64 tall and am 20 years old
lift weights in the gym… 10-12 reps… your not going to bulk up…..
and add cardio to the mix…. 30-40 mins 3 days a week
train abs everyother day for 10 mins
your probably not going to gain weight.. just get leaner and more toned
