I’ve been working out for about a year now and I found that my arms are looking less toned and im gaining a bit of fat around the chest and stomech, can you give me a workout schedule to get the best results in muscle gain possible? I already how to diet and stuff, but just a good workout and I will follow it to death

…..but boxers lift weights wich buildes the muscles…an do cardio wich burns the fat off the muscles so they can get ripped am i wrong?….cause thats wat i dobut i’m not saying that wen u do cardio ur both gaing muscles an loosing fat the same time that might be impposile…but wat if u do cardio for fat burning an lift weights for build muscles?

Lifting weights will never put on muscle mass if you are not consuming more calories than you can burn (caloric excess). If you do not eat enough, lifting weights will just strengthen your muscles. Also, most forms of cardio will eat away at muscle mass.

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is popular because it completely preserves muscle mass, while burning fat 9 times more effectively than any other form of cardio.

If you do cardio and lift weights, lifting weights will build muscle (only if you are eating enough though), but the cardio will burn away at muscle mass, unless you are doing HIIT, or keeping cardio low intensity.

Im 15 years old and I want to lose some fat but im not over weight
im actually skinny but with love handles and all i want to do is gain muscle and lose the fat i want some good exercises and a routine and maybe some food choices…in other words i just want to lose fat and get big!! I do sit ups and crunches and i lift 15lbs dumbbells at home (because thats all I have right now) but I also lift at school. Help!!

Switch to eating lean protiens and drop the sugar in your diet. Pretend you are a diabetic and use Splenda and Equal when you can. Eat cereals with no added sugar.

Hit the gym and rotate between Cardio (running, bike, etc) and Muscle Training (weights, resistance training, etc)

Also can you eat what you want as long as you exercise? I’m 239 lbs, male, 5 ft ,11 in. I’m lifting a 10 pound barbell. How long it would take to build muscle

If you do weights 4 times a week. And do it for 30 mins each day you’ll do just fine.
But, also if you wanna lose weight your going to have to be on a diet.
If you try to eat 15-1800 Calories A day you’ll do just fine! icon wink Can you lose weight and build muscle by lifting weights & doing situps? Oh and try jogging sometimes.

does anyone know some work outs are needed to lose stomach fat and build muscle? i dont have that much stomach fat but i also cant see muscle in my stomach. i just want to know what i need to do to fix up my stomach by 2008. also how many times a week do i need to do the exercises. thanks

first you want to lose the fat by doing dieting and doing cardio at least every other day of the week. Then, if u want to build abs u need to do ab exercises (which can be found all over google) and not just one exercise (such as the crunch) but multiple ones including v-ups, bicycles, suitcases, etc.
