OK, here’s my first attempt at making a “Best of…” video. It was RIDICULOUSLY difficult making this one less than 10-minutes because the riffs were SO GOOD!

I am a very fit girl, very healthy and work out about 5 times a week. I usually incorporate between 20 to 40 minutes of cardio in every workout, and work a different muscle group each day–lifting for about an hour or so. I am about 5′5" and weigh 138 lbs. Here’s my issue. Over the past year and a half I have lost about 18 pounds and have seen a lot more muscle definition, especially in the past 6 months. My clothes feel looser and I am down about 4 sizes. But I want to get down to my goal weight of 125. It just seems that no matter what I do, I can’t break that 138 number. It fluctuates between 138 and 140, and has been stuck there for weeks. I have a gym membership but it’s a pretty basic gym–no classes other than spinning. I really want to bust through this weight and start losing, and gaining more muscle. Any suggestions?
Maybe thats the weight you should be at or if you wann get lower dont eat
