Hi everyone,
So i want to lose weight mainly legs,stomach and love handles and gain some muscle. But i have no Access to gym or gym equipment. Any ideas on how i could do this, possibly without a dramatic diet change?

BTW im 15 about 165cm and 65kg (but for some reason still have a pot belly and love handles and fat *** legs D:).
