<p>1. Work complementary muscles with consecutive supersets.</p>
<p>To get the best results from your workout, make them short and difficult. Building muscle is not about marathon-length exercise sessions but about challenging your muscles.</p>
<p>The best way to challenge your muscles is supersetting. This is when you pair two exercises with no rest period in between.</p>
<p>Supersetting works by exercising two muscle groups in consecutive movements with very short periods of rest between sets. Your muscles are challenged more, and you reduce your risk of injury because there is much less strain on your joints and tendons.</p>
<p>Supersets allow you to see results more quickly, in addition to making your workouts more effective, efficient, and safe. You can superset exercises for back and chest muscles, quad and hamstrings, and more. An example is doing tricep kickbacks with bicep curls with no rest in between the two moves.</p>
<p>2. Raise the difficulty level with compound exercises.</p>
<p>When you are trying to build muscle, intensity is the key. While your workouts are short ? not more than 35-40 minutes ? they should be very intense and difficult for your body.</p>
<p>To build muscle even faster, use compound exercises. To complete the move, you need to use more than one muscle. Some examples include:</p>
<p>* Pairing a walking lunge with an overhead press</p>
<p>* Completing a pushup with side planks</p>
<p>* Pairing squats with overhead presses</p>
<p>* Lunges with bicep curls</p>
<p>* Pushups with one armed row</p>
<p>These moves allow you to add intensity, work on balance and coordination, and work different muscle groups at the same time. This reduces your risk of injury, makes your workouts more effective, improves your functional fitness, and builds muscle.</p>
<p>3. Muscles need rest to develop.</p>
<p>While it may seem counterintuitive, muscles actually require rest for growth, development, and retention. This is why rest is so important in your routine.</p>
<p>If you continually strain your muscles with daily workouts or by working the same muscles for more than one day in a row, you are not allowing your muscles to build. In fact, you are sabotaging your own muscle building efforts.</p>
<p>The following workout routine is an example that is effective for building muscle:</p>
<p>* Work out three days a week</p>
<p>* Assign each part of the body one day (shoulders, triceps, and shoulders on day one, back and biceps on day two, and legs on day three).</p>
<p>* Build in rest periods.</p>
<p>* Repeat!</p>
<p>A schedule like this will help your body build muscle and also prevent injury, which can further delay your results.</p>

<p>1) People who talk all day about doing big things (such as developing huge muscle mass) but never even come close to attempting it. </p>
<p>They just talk without ever meaning to convert their words into deeds. Their lives are spent making excuses for all problems instead of actually facing up to them. </p>
<p>They&#8217;ll spend all their time dreaming but never doing. These are the folks who love to resent others and their achievements since they can&#8217;t achieve anything on their own. </p>
<p>They have no willpower or discipline. They won&#8217;t take responsibility for their own actions and are doomed to a life of mediocrity. </p>
<p>2) The people who say they&#8217;re going to accomplish something big, like developing huge muscle mass, but quit after sometime. </p>
<p>They&#8217;re willing to start many projects but never finish them. </p>
<p>Patience is not in their vocabulary. They will not fight to the end. These quitters will never be counted amongst the elite, no matter how often they struggle. </p>
<p>Although they try very hard to be successful, they just don&#8217;t have the tools necessary for success. </p>
<p>3) Those folks who say they will get it done, plan ahead, and then stick to their plans, even when it comes to something like developing huge muscle mass. </p>
<p>They make firm decisions that contain no hints of &#8220;maybe&#8221; or &#8220;try&#8221;. They are well aware that every decision can end in either success of failure. They want to be successful and are willing to achieve it at any cost. </p>
<p>There is only one possible outcome once they make their decision-success. These people do not ask if they can achieve a goal, they only ask how long it will take to get there. </p>
<p>Their mind holds all of the tools necessary to accomplish anything in the world and they understand this. They believe in themselves and know that they can achieve anything that they truly want. </p>
<p>They don&#8217;t make excuses. Every man and woman is in charge of their own life and the winners understand it is possible to shape your destiny. </p>
<p>They will fight through all setbacks, any physical or mental pain, discomfort, and exhaustion to achieve their goal. They understand that those achievements worth holding onto do not come easy, but are things to fight for, since no man or woman has ever achieved greatness without working towards it. </p>
<p>These are the folks who are willing to struggle in order to be outstanding. </p>
<p>In the long run, they always win. They expect momentary setbacks and bumps in the road but know that in the end, they will win. If a setback or bump in the road comes their way, they create a plan of attack to move past it. </p>
<p>They don&#8217;t suddenly second guess their decision and decide to quit. They never consider quitting as an option because they welcome the battle and know that mistakes and setbacks only help to make their victory even sweeter. </p>
<p>They keep moving ahead. </p>
<p>In the end, after the smoke and dust of battle settle down, they are standing victoriously amongst the elite. They embrace the satisfaction of a job well done and look back on their achievements with pride. Their achievements help them to earn the envy and respect of others. </p>
<p>Do you know which category you come under? </p>
<p>True bodybuilding success only comes to those people in category three; the ones willing to fight for huge muscle mass. </p>
<p>Get ready to work hard and battle because developing huge muscle mass is not for the faint hearted, and if you cannot persevere, you will fail. This goal can only be achieved by those willing to work hard to achieve it. </p>
<p>Before getting started, face any doubts about your ability to succeed and eliminate them. </p>
<p>Get rid of your questioning, fears, and wondering. </p>
<p>You need to decide what you want to achieve, then you need to create a plan to get you there, and finally, you need to push yourself to achieve your goals. </p>
<p>If you can start asking &#8220;when can I reach this goal&#8221; instead of &#8220;will I reach this goal&#8221;, you will succeed in gaining huge muscle mass. </p>
<p>That is decision that you have to make; I can only show you how to get there. The choice is yours, and yours alone to make. </p>

That stereotype tells those unfamiliar with the sport that body builders are all oiled up people with muscles the size of big balloons whose only purpose is to repeatedly lift hundreds of pounds at a time.</p>
<p>This stereotype has a grain of truth to it. There are some people who really do live that kind of life. Professional body builders, for example, earn their living by building up their muscles to outrageous proportions. Obviously that is not the only approach for body building. The most important reason to try your hand at body building is to get healthy. Body building is a fantastic form of exercise. If you are new to body building, here is the approach you should take.</p>
<p>No body building routine is finished until it is paired with a balanced and nutritious diet. This means that body building is exactly like every other form of exercise or sport. Balanced and nutritious meals are one of the building blocks of health which means that you staying far away from junk food and focus on grains, fruits and vegetables. At all costs avoid high fructose corn syrup and chemical ingredients. These work against your muscles.</p>
<p>Keep a positive outlook. &#8220;The Little Engine That Could&#8221; is more than a child&#8217;s story or cliche. It is a reasonable mindset. It is how you will be successful.</p>
<p>You have to have faith in yourself. You need to keep your thoughts positive or it will be too easy to get discouraged. More importantly, your body will have a better response if you maintain a positive outlook. It is easier to body build when you are happy with the actions you are taking. If you hate and despise what you&#8217;re doing you won&#8217;t be able to continue for very long.</p>
<p>Learn how to breathe the right way. Breathing correctly is essential to a body building exercise routine. It is not a good idea to hold your breath. Your muscles need oxygen to stay healthy so you need to breathe in a lot of it during a body building workout. You are going to want your diaphragm to be the focal point of your breathing, not your lungs. When you fill up your lungs with air your chest expands which makes it harder for you to work the muscles in your chest. If you breathe from your diaphragm, you will sill be able to get oxygen into your system but your chest does not expand.</p>
<p>Body building can be an incredibly rewarding activity. It can help you get healthy. It helps you keep your body in the proper shape. It increases your stamina and endurance which is truly more important than pure brute strength.</p>
<p>As you work to build your strength and improve your muscles it is very important that you take the proper steps to ensure that you stay healthy and that you don&#8217;t break your muscles down too much. You will see a high level of success with your body building when you take steps to protect your health. And, best of all, you will feel absolutely marvelous!</p>

<p>1.Don&#8217;t rush right in: Do your research, figure out what pace will be right for you. When you&#8217;re starting out, it&#8217;s better to do a little less and allow your body to adapt to the exercises, rather than trying to bench press more than Ronnie Coleman in your first week.</p>
<p>2.Ask lots of questions: Whether you&#8217;re looking for bodybuilding tips on Google, or you want to ask friends, professional bodybuilders what&#8217;s best: Make sure you DO ask questions. People with experience can help you avoid pitfalls such as poor diet, bad technique, useless exercises.</p>
<p>3.Eat healthy: Pizza pockets and Big Macs sure taste great, but they are full of empty calories. Natural fruits, vegetables and meats prepared with low-fat oil or on the barbeque are healthy for you. Processed foods have been scientifically proven to make us lazy and kill our concentration &#8212; which is essential for meeting your bodybuilding goals.</p>
<p>4.Get a partner: While it can be embarrassing to admit; some of us need external motivation to get where we want to be. If you have a choice between a bag of Doritos and your favorite sitcom, or a workout by yourself at the gym &#8212; there is a very good chance the Doritos and TV will win. If you have a partner relying on you to be there for support and a spotter, your chances of making it to your workout will double.</p>
<p>5.Write it down: This can be a bit of a cliche for some people. When we have trouble sticking to a routine, we&#8217;re supposed to write it down and magically get back on track. Some people will benefit from writing their goals/aspirations down, some won&#8217;t. Like any bodybuilding tips you might read&#8230;use what&#8217;s useful to you and discard the rest.</p>
