<p>To get the best results from your workout, make them short and difficult. Building muscle is not about marathon-length exercise sessions but about challenging your muscles.</p>
<p>The best way to challenge your muscles is supersetting. This is when you pair two exercises with no rest period in between.</p>
<p>Supersetting works by exercising two muscle groups in consecutive movements with very short periods of rest between sets. Your muscles are challenged more, and you reduce your risk of injury because there is much less strain on your joints and tendons.</p>

<p>-  You should do more body wide movements. A training session that is wasted on a single muscle will be ineffective. Successful training session will try to regard as many muscles as possible </p>
<p>- Always identify which parts of your body need more work and start with them each session. Use the weights, the cables the fitness machines, in this order. </p>
<p>- For an efficient development, ask for professional help. Not all exercises can have the same outcome for everyone. You should experiment and see what fits you best. This way you can find out which are the best exercise sets for you. </p>
<p>-  Stay away from injuries. When you do an exercise, make sure you follow the instructions. If you get hurt, you risk having to spend more time on your muscles than planned. Unless you know what to look for against what you are trying to achieve.</p>
<p>Generally speaking someone bulking up will have a 50/50 or 60/40 mix of Protein to carbs. Someone trying to lean up will have a 60/25/15 mix of carbs, protein, fat. It does vary, as there are a few aother factors at play.Some also contain concentrated caffeine.</p>
<p>What about someone trying to lose weight? A great question, there a hundreds in this category alone! The answer is it depends on how much food you eat, when etc, etc. Tony Ferguson works on the premise that they work this formula out for you, which they pretty much do.</p>
<p>I suffer from a sore back and don&#8217;t know if this would be right for me Chances are your sore back is a result of a week core. The body&#8217;s center that keeps everything nice and tight.
